DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) is an email authentication protocol designed to give email domain owners the ability to protect their domain from unauthorized use, such as phishing and email spoofing. It builds on the widely deployed SPF and DKIM protocols, adding a reporting function that allows senders and receivers to improve and monitor protection of the domain from fraudulent email.

DMARC reports are sent in a raw XML format that is difficult for humans to read and analyze. Dmarc Collector processes these reports and presents the data in easy-to-understand charts and tables. This allows you to quickly identify legitimate senders, spot potential threats, and confidently move towards a DMARC policy of `p=reject` to block fraudulent emails.

RUA (Aggregate) reports are sent daily and provide an overview of your email traffic, including sending IPs and SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication results. They are essential for gaining visibility. RUF (Forensic) reports are sent in real-time for individual failed messages and contain more detail, such as email headers. They are useful for investigating specific phishing attacks.

Setup is simple. After signing up, we provide you with a unique email address. You just need to create a DMARC record (a single TXT record in your DNS) for your domain, pointing the reporting to this address. Data will start appearing in your dashboard within 24 hours.
