1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the site or through other communications.

2. User Accounts

To use most features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

3. Use of Services

You may use our Services only as permitted by law. You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (a "billing cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dmarc Collector, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
